Essential Functions

• Researching and analyzing demographics for target customers
• Development of buyer personas based on existing and targeted customers
• Creating, revising, and publishing online ads
• Managing ad campaigns and budgets
• Graphic design
• Compliance and resolution
• Reconciliation and reporting
• Preparing and maintaining records
• Analyzing data, preparing reports, forecastin

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, concurrent enrollment in Master's program,  or equivalent practical experience in Marketing
• 3 years of marketing experience
• Experience managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on search engines, social media, and display ad networks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of general marketing experience supporting a business with at least a 5M annual run rate.
• 3 years of direct experience with Google Adwords, Facebook, and Instagram advertising.
• Experience with A-B testing, and other forms of ad performance optimization.
• Strong excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Functional design skills and experience collaborating with graphic designers to create engaging visual marketing assets.
• Ability to work with English and Spanish speakers.
• Excellent capability in cross team collaboration.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an office environment and to be present in the office daily during business hours.
• Must be able to cope effectively with rapidly changing expectations and priorities.
